Doctors have taken a big hit financially since the implementation of Obama's healthcare reform program. I've seen our smaller practices that we work with hit especially hard. These practices are generally also the most challenged when it comes to marketing, as they have little financial and staff resources to implement an effective marketing plan. This combination of slipping revenue and inability to stop the trend has serious consequences on patient care.
